ACP details above describe what HiLight offered while the program ran. The ACP discount is no longer available from any provider.

What the end of ACP means for HiLight customers

While the program ran, eligible HiLight customers could get up to $30 a month off home internet service, and HiLight offered at least one plan that was free with the discount.

Since June 1, 2024, customers who kept service pay the regular price unless they changed plans. To lower your bill now:

  • Compare Lifeline providers in your state, which can take up to $9.25/month off a plan.
  • Call 503-693-4400 and ask whether it has a low-income plan or a cheaper tier.
  • Check for low-cost offers by ZIP code at EveryoneOn.
