What is Affordable Connectivity Program ?

The Delaware Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) helps eligible households meet their digital needs for the next five years.

If eligible, the ACP pays up to $30/month for broadband internet service or wireless data. If your bill is $30 or less, that means you get free service!

The ACP also offers a one-time discount of up to $100 towards a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer. A list of service providers that offer the device discount can be seen here.

The Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household.

Who is eligible for the affordable connectivity program in Delaware?

  • Delaware Households with an income at or below 200% of the national poverty line.
  • Households where any member falls into one of these categories:
    • You participate in certain assistance programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, WIC, Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefits, or Lifeline.
    • You participate in one of several Tribal programs.
    • You received a federal Pell Grant in the current award year.
    • You received benefits through a school lunch or breakfast program.
