What the end of ACP means for My Connect customers
While the program ran, eligible My Connect customers could get up to $30 a month off mobile data service, and My Connect offered at least one plan that was free with the discount. It also offered the one-time $100 device discount.
Since June 1, 2024, customers who kept service pay the regular price unless they changed plans. To lower your bill now:
- Compare Lifeline providers in your state, which can take up to $9.25/month off a plan.
- Call 877-266-3153 and ask whether it has a low-income plan or a cheaper tier.
- Check for low-cost offers by ZIP code at EveryoneOn.
